Remove Action Replay master codes from game inis that contained them, since they're unnecessary.

Fixes issue 6367: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=6367 Also fixed an AR code missing an '$' symbol beside its description name in G4NJDA.ini
