LPFaint99 48f1c24cc9 Add gui for GH3 Controller, extension is still disabled currently 
Analog stick and whammy still do not work for GH3 extension, frets, strum, and +/- work
some cleanup
Next commit will change the PadMapping gui to only show the controller mapping for the currently enabled extension

LPFaint99 b6a43c5db8 Steps to simplify pad mappings for wiimote plugin 
simplified ini saving
misc cleanup;
My next few commits will change the config gui to only show the pad mappings for the currently connected extension, more cleanup/simplification, GH3 controller config options; I just have no more time tonight :P

LPFaint99 52e424485f Do not BootGame if there are no items in the GameListCtrl, fix test to see if cancel was chosen from File > Open. 
Fixes issue 1046.
it does leak 10kB every time that GetSelectedISO is called, I am not too worried about this. The other ways of accomplishing this would be more complicated, for little gain. Feel free to revert everything except line 466 of FrameTools.cpp :P

LPFaint99 c6abb79e6e Only scan for extensions that apply to the type of games set to show 
For me saves between 4-10seconds each refresh when only wads are shown
similar speed ups when only wii games are shown

LPFaint99 22eff0846f Remove the FixChecksums Buttons from MemcardManager 
This function is not necessary for gci gcs or sav import!!!
The only reason to use it at this point is either fixing a memcard from around r700 by using a hex editor.
Anyone who uses a hex editor should be able to figure out the rightclick menu

LPFaint99 3d0fcfaaac Enable Loading backup from drive for GC for windows 
takes about 60-90 seconds on loading
about the same speed ingame as running from the hard drive
changed to the correct flag for CreateFile

LPFaint99 9cfa4e9385 Adds IsDrive to FileUtil for win32, 
Adds booting from drive to gui. disabled as it is currently too slow unless it is a virtual drive

Changes DriveUtil to start checking at D: as it is unlikely that a, b, or c will be a cd/dvd drive

Addes DriveBlob functions, untested on linux/osx probably needs more work

Removes duplicate message from EXI_DeviceMemoryCard.cpp when creating a brand new memcard

LPFaint99 984a3ad699 Disable ETH device so that games that use it do not crash, mariokart GC should boot now. thanks to Chilango for testing the fix. Also rearange functions in GCMemcard to a more logical order

LPFaint99 3fdfd6e234 MemcardManager no longer crashes when opening an 
invalid file.
Only opens .raw and .gcp files that have
correct hdr.size and checksums.
it is no longer possible to open the same memcard on
each side
Buttons are now only available when memcard is loaded.
memcard is loaded into a maximum of 8 pages with 16
entries perpage. added fixchecksum to Slot B.

LPFaint99 482cc819fb Update for GetFileData to check for incorrect values 
in the first block, so no more crashing if your memcard
tries to use an invalid dir entry. Fixed titlePresent so
it checks the full filename instead of just the first
4 characters.

adds Madcatz gameshark .gcs, and Datel Maxdrive/pro .sav file support to function importgci
adds conversion from .gcs and .sav to .gci, added to speed up testing for .gcs and .sav until ImportFile is fixed
