Yaya48 54f5a74bbf Track exact StarletOS bootstrap integration and checkpoint provenance
Recover 16 modified and 6 previously untracked integration files. All 22 source SHA-256s match the pre-publication StarletOS snapshot. Add handoff instructions, byte-preserving attributes and private backup exclusion. This commit publishes existing behavior; it does not claim a new full build or hardware qualification. The two preceding local commits and staged files were screened before publication.

# Instructions for the StarletOS Dolphin fork
Read `docs/StarletOS_Handoff.md`, `docs/StarletOS_Checkpoint.json` and
`docs/Wii_Starlet_Bootstrap.md` before working on the Starlet integration.
Also read the companion StarletOS HANDOFF and current phase SPEC/STATUS when
changing support for its tests. Current user instructions take precedence.
- One writer per checkout. Inspect Git status and the latest handoff before
editing; preserve unrelated changes and never overwrite another agent's work.
- Fetch the user's fork before work and inspect divergence. Use fast-forward
pulls only on a clean branch; never reset or force-push to hide divergence.
- The publication destination is `https://git.yaya48.xyz/Yaya48/dolphin`.
On the original checkout it is named `yaya`; on a fresh clone it is normally
`origin`. The github.com/dolphin-emu upstream is NOT the publication target.
- Preserve qualified source bytes/line endings. Do not broadly normalize the
repository. Exact integration files are protected by `.gitattributes`.
- Do not commit dumps, console keys/OTP/SEEPROM, Nintendo binaries, real device
identifiers, credentials, private emulator profiles or diagnostic captures.
Stage explicit paths and inspect staged contents AND pending commits before
publishing. Never use force-add to bypass these exclusions.
- Respect companion phase boundaries and public-source/clean-room rules. A
fake emulated device is supporting test evidence, not the physical contract.
- Update the handoff with changes, reasons, commands/results, limitations and
the next exact action at every stop. Preserve old evidence and distinguish
source inspection, build results, emulation and physical observations.
- Commit and push completed work to the user's fork, verify the remote SHA,
then update StarletOS's pinned Dolphin commit/hashes. Never leave a required
source change only in a private bundle or a copy in another repository.
- Keep generated caches and private evidence locally; no blanket cleanup of
ignored files. Do not modify a removable SD or console for a Git-only task.
